New Medical Policy February 16, 2010

“CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. – An aide to U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg said the senator was doing well after being taken last night to a hospital as a precautionary measure after a fall.”Spokesman Caley Gray told the Record of Bergen County that the 86-year-old Democrat was taken by ambulance from his Cliffside Park home and was spending the night for routine observation. – AP”

Later, apparently out of boredom, the hospital operated on him.  They claim he had bleeding ulcers.

Well, if he didn’t before, he probably does now.

I think it’s a good policy: politician falls down, cut ‘im open.  He has better health insurance than the rest of us anyway.
