One of my high school classmates is a doctor at the University of South Florida – a teaching surgeon. He has a big sailboat, and a lot of money. I sent him this email:

“Hi, Jeff,
Do you need any help crewing the boat 710 miles from Tampa to Haiti? I hear that they really need doctors.
Regards,
-Greg”

And do you know what? I haven’t heard from him! Imagine.”
