Rest of Tonight – Sunday
Windy and bitterly cold. Partly cloudy. Lows around 2 below. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Wind chill values 20 to 25 below zero.

Monday
Cold. Mostly sunny. Highs around 10. Northwest winds around 15 mph shifting to the north 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Lowest wind chill values 15 below to 25 below zero in the morning.

Monday Night
Mostly cloudy. Snow likely after midnight. Snow accumulation around 1 inch. Lows around 2. Northeast winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 60 percent. Wind chill values 8 below to 18 below zero.

Tuesday
Snow in the morning…then snow likely in the afternoon. Moderate snow accumulations. Highs around 15. Northeast winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 90 percent.
