Here is another story about tasers, and how the cops use them to punish people:

Naked dog walker Tasered in Tallahassee

Associated Press – September 13, 2008 2:04 PM ET

“TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) – A 40-year-old man walking his dog in the nude was Tasered by police when he refused to follow an officer’s commands.

“David McCranie of the Tallahassee Police Department says an officer on patrol spotted the man shortly after 8 p.m. Friday.

“The man was asked what he was doing and told the officer, “Allah told me to watch a Bruce Willis movie and walk the dog,” McCranie said.

“McCranie said using the Taser was the only way to subdue the man without having to hurt him. The man was then sent for mental-health evaluation and treatment.”

There is nothing to indicate why this nut case had to be subdued. No weapon, no threat, he apparently refused to obey some secret, non-reported commands by the cop, so the cop decided to punish him. And of course these thousands of volts didn’t “hurt ” the guy; that’s why he was sent for treatment!

Why don’t we just issue bullwhips to the cops?!

Previous cases include these: An Arizona officer shocked a 9-year-old girl handcuffed in a patrol car because the runaway from a children’s psychiatric center was “screaming, kicking, flailing and would not listen,” according to a police report.

In Colorado, some incidents of police Taser abuse amount to “deliberate torture.” A man handcuffed in a patrol car was shocked in the genitals by an officer whose report confirmed that he administered what he called “a drive stun to the groin area.”

We have to take control of the tasers, since the cops can’t control them. And fire vigilante cops.

Except for Sarah Palin. When she tried this, it just ended up as “Troopergate”.
