A Handy Utility April 25, 2008

Posted by gregquill in Uncategorized.

As a public service, Hasty Ruminations is pleased to pass on this nifty utility from HP.

I was in a store the other day, buying a new HP printer, when a sales rep from HP told me to check out some free software on the HP.com website.  It’s called Smart Web Printing, and it’s so popular that they are going to expand the free offer to wider audiences.

It allows a person to clip sections from different web pages, and assemble them into one document which can then be printed.  It allows us to focus on the items we want, omit the rest, and print one page instead of, say, six partial pages.  Check it out here!

Maybe a collage of wacky web sites…

I am keeping this in my favorites. This will aid and abet my chronic pic-stealing habit.

Yeah, except the darn download site went down as soon as I posted this!
